Soft signage files need to be set up a little differently to small-format print. These checks help avoid blurry logos, colour surprises, missing fonts and production delays before we send artwork through for manufacture.

Supply artwork in CMYK where possible. RGB, PMS and other colour spaces may convert during production, so colours can shift if the file is not prepared correctly.

Embed or outline fonts, and send vector logo files where available. This keeps text and sponsor logos sharp on flags, banners and display pieces.

Bleed and trim
Soft signage artwork usually needs bleed beyond the finished size. As a practical guide, allow 5mm bleed for single-sided print and 10mm for double-sided print unless a template says otherwise.
